Hulen Place raises $5.2M to build Fort Worth ... - Austin Real Estate

Austin-based Hulen Place Multifamily LP has raised $5.2 million and plans to use the capital to build a five-story, 240-unit apartment complex in Fort Worth.

The development company received the money from 19 different investors, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Austin developers Leonard Rodell and Bill Gunn, and Dallas developer Carbon Thompson Development LLC are in charge of building the complex at 4212 Julen Place. The property was acquired on July?
