Are You Running the Wrong Way

Truly, there is a big distinctness between the jogger and the common human. Runner can achieve the differences between them. But is there any way to show the advantages of running? Two means could be kept to find out the truth. One way is to show the influence of running. Jogging has used some specific ways to modify human behaviors. One approach is to show that a lot of people believe the good side of running even with no any clues. In this way, we can believe that the words make sense.


For example, when I was in this department I had received a letter from a lens dispenser. He said that he was fifty years old, and he started running for good health seven years ago. Previously, he participated in a conference and perceived the over speed of the heart. From then on, he became anxious about his health. He thought that he couldn't stand for much press. Now, he felt that sometimes he was so powerful that he could do many things in a day. He was able to gallop on his office on the second floor and one step cross two stairs. His clients found out that his opposite attitude of the job and the personal life, they decided to sign contract with him. And they were glad to make friends with such a passion and vitality glass doctor.


There are a lot of runners have the similar experience with him, they found that they have much more energy than the others. This kind of situation is helpful to change their lives. Recently, a runner said that he feels much better than before. All in all, he knew he can do many physical jobs. And his physical recovery was very fast. He found out that he had a good mood now. The majority of experimenters told him that the last moments of the day they felt less tired than before. This kind of condition reflects my own experience. In the past, I often felt drowsy during the lunch time. It will cost one or two hours to wake up. At present, I am strong and powerful all the time. And in the night I always have a good dream.


A well-known saying is reserved in the Olympic Stone. If you want to be smart, you'd better start running. If you want to be solid, you'd better begin running. Jogging is useful for you to improve your body condition. People who don't experience the running procedure cannot know these sentences. Jogging could practice both figure and willpower. It is not difficult for people to run in several days. But, long time running is a tough thing to do. During a shiny weather, you will be happy to run. But in a rainy day, you will feel helpless and cold. So, it's time to test you. Running is not just to practice your body, but a challenge to life and fate. If you continue running you can do everything in the world.
