We are looking for a web communications specialist:
What does that mean? It is a cross functional person that will be doing a bit of everything. What are some tasks they might do?
- Be?involved?in doing layout for clients site, elbow deep in html and css
- Working in the CMS to build template for the client site in xml/ xslt
- Help out with our central applications built primarily in PHP (cakePHP to be exact), jquery
- Working with-and designing for-web applications.
- Act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationales, all within a user-centered design process.
- Work and communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team, and present ideas and designs effectively.
- Be an effective problem solver who comes up with creative solutions and considers many alternative solutions to each problem.
- Learn the API?s of various social media sites including Twitter, Facebook, Youtube
*NOTE* We don?t expect you to meet all these needs, we are looking for a person who can fullfil some of these and is a good fit and willing to learn.
